Early doodles/sketches towards a Japanese folktale I'm working on... pen and ink then photoshop, colours done by loosely "lassoing areas" (using a mouse rather than my pen & tablet) and flat colouring with the paintbucket in order to achieve a miss-print effect.
This worked particularly well with the blossoms I thought.
I actually just meant thanks ...I guess a lot gets lost when you can't hear a persons voice/inflections and whatnot...
It's cool to see you drawing... I'd kind of just got used to you posting your writing... its always cool to see people flexing other creative muscles...
i'm about to start another one in a second; the drawing has been a lot of fun, almost more fun than writing because i'm not having to wait 2-3 weeks to see a final product.
Thanks for taking a look btw, appreciated.
